As Director of Body Corporate Chair Limited, I am committed to delivering professional, high-quality service to bodies corporate throughout New Zealand. With more than 25 years’ experience in the body corporate sector, I bring extensive expertise across commercial property management, resource management, sales, and advertising.
Operating as a boutique service provider allows me to offer a personalised and responsive approach, supported by a thorough understanding of the Unit Titles Act 2010 and dispute resolution processes. By maintaining a focused client portfolio, I am able to provide effective, professional support tailored to the specific needs of each body corporate.
Currently work with 18 bodies corporate, managing developments ranging from 3 to more than 60 units. My recent and ongoing involvement in large-scale building remediation projects, including leaky building matters, has further strengthened the breadth of knowledge and practical experience I bring to the business.
